Need an extra set of hands to help you settle into parenthood?

I provide a complete Postnatal service which will take the pressure off you and allow to enjoy your Babymoon.

As your postnatal doula I can offer you-

* Breastfeeding / bottle feeding support
* The opportunity to rest
* Emotional support by listening to any concerns or questions you may have
* Making tea & coffee
* Changing nappies
* Light housework
* Laundry
* Preparing light meals
* Grocery shopping
* Dog walking
* Helping with bath time
* Driving (I have a full clean license)
* School run

Availability for Postnatal Support
I am available at times and days to suit you. I am also available at weekends and overnight, with prior arrangement.

I will provide emotional and physical support to help you in the early days.I will draw on my experience and knowledge to allow you to find your own way and make these early days as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
